Don't forgot to watch the Same Day Edit.
Monikah and I spent this past week working with Ram and Gajra on their beautiful Gujarati Wedding. It was a week filled with emotion and tradition, with us capturing both Photo and Video. We always feel so lucky to be included in these amazing weddings.
We started the week with Gajra's Mehndi night. It was AMAZING and Priya Jaswal did a great job with Gajra's Mehndi. The night ended with some singing and a few portraits outside in the dark.
The next evening we had the Sangeet. The women sang, the food was amazing, and there was lots of Garba and Dandiya dancing. It was hosted at the Mirage Banquet Hall and they really did an awesome job. ( You'll have to check out the same day edit for a preview of this. Photos aren't quite ready yet. )
The next day we had the Haldi Ceremonies and even my camera got bit messy. It's always fun being close the to action and watching our brides and grooms getting the messiest they've ever been.
And the wedding day begins. We had an early start to day, capturing those magical getting ready moments. After many attempts and finally succeeding to drive over a coconut we made our way to the Hilton Double Tree and started the Baraat and made our way through all of the ceremonies ending with Gajra and Ram officially married. The day ran right on time thanks to Opulent Occasions.
And finally we had the Reception. It was also held at the Double Tree and was an event to be remembered. The food was delicious, the music was loud ( Urban Beats did an amazing job ) and the dancing was wild. I always love playing the Same Day Edit at the Reception and watching everyone's reactions after re-living the weeks events. Can't wait to edit the rest of the photos and videos.
