Edmonton Downtown Wedding - Fairmont MacDonald Wedding

After photographing Amber and Daniel's engagement session last summer I couldn't wait to photograph their wedding. The amount of love between these two is immeasurable. They are a perfect match. Their wedding ceremony was held at the grand Beulah Alliance in West Edmonton. The room was decorated with classy white candles and paper florals. I think they won for the most emotional first look ever (not that it's a competition) - Daniel dropped to his knees the moment he saw Amber. I think he had the whole room in tears. It was raining on the day of their wedding, which seemed to be the story for most wedding this summer. So for formal photos the rain caused us to get more creative indoors. Thankfully we were already at one of the most beautiful venues in Edmonton, The Hotel Fairmont MacDonald. Once the rain cleared a bit we snuck into the gardens for some more photos. Once the ballroom was decked out in it's stunning decor for the reception we made our way there. Afterall, people were getting hungry. River City Events did and amazing job decorating the already stunning ballroom. It's always a treat to photograph at the Fairmont MacDonald because it's already such a beautiful building. Once we were at the reception it was all delicious food, great speeches, and fun times. Congratulations Amber and Daniel. I couldn't be happier for the two of you.
